The captain has final authority over all safety and operational decisions. * Children under 13 years of age must wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while on board, in accordance with Texas law. Parents or guardians are responsible for providing an appropriately sized life jacket for their child. * Failure to follow these policies or any safety instructions from the captain may result in the immediate termination of the trip. In such cases, the charter will end immediately, and no refund will be issued.
