Extra Costs:

- $200 docking fees is not included in the price and will be collected at the dock
- Crew fees : generally 18% of the total price and will be collected cash before departure.
-Jet Ski: $200/hour (upon requests)



By booking this charter, you agree that if any of the following occur, the corresponding amounts will be paid out from your deposit without dispute.

1. If any guest drinks and vomits anywhere in or on the boat. $200.
2. If any part of the boat is stained due to vomit, bodily fluids, food, drinks, clothing or by any means. $500
3. There is no smoking onboard. If any guest smokes onboard. $200


Cancellation Policy:
Renter can cancel 7 days before departure day with 100% of boat price. Service fee is non-refundable. For cancellations received less than 7 days before departure there is NO refund.
Bookings submitted less then 7 days can NOT be cancelled or rescheduled.

Weather policy :
If at the moment of the departure funder storm, lightning and waves other 4 ft , we will reschedule a trip.
If grey sky and shower and not government announcement about storming we still go out.
We do NOT follow up on internet forecast prediction. Renter have to be present on vessel at a departure time before request reschedule .
