From 4th Marine Gyfada we go to Nisos Metopi: Swimming stop for 1 hour then go to Nisos Agistri (Limenaria): Swimming and lunch at a traditinal Greek tavern, then going to Aigina Island to swim and return to our base Glyfada by sunset. (70 nautical miles, 650 liters). ITINERARY FULL DAY 2nd option: Embarkation: (Contact information hidden) From 4th Marine Glyfada we go to Nisos Metopi: swimming stop for 1 hour then go to Aegina island's port called Perdika for lunch at a traditional Greek Tavern, then going to Skiachtro bay at Aegina to swim and return to our base by sunset. (50 Nautical miles, 400liters.) ITINERARY HALF DAY CHOICE 1 : (5hours) Morning choice. Morning choice embarkation 10.00am - 15.00pm. ITINERARY HALF DAY CHOICE 2 : 16.00pm - 21.00 pm from 4th Marine GLyfada - Nisos Psaronisi for swimming at Vouliagmeni Asteras 4 Seasons Hotel Bay for swimming and return to Glyfada base by sunset.
