Our boats are new and with colors. No-License Boats – Basic Rental Terms Fuel: Charged separately and payable at the port upon return. Cost: €2.50 per mile (cash). Driving Limits: Agios Onoufrios, Aspra (a small hidden lagoon with caves to explore and cliffs to climb and jump from), Tersanas Beach, Machairida Beach, Mavrovouni area, Lazareta Island, Thodorou Island. Language Requirement The driver must speak and understand English very well to ensure proper training and communication. If you do not speak and understand English very well, and we are unable to clearly explain the boat operation and safety procedures, the boat will not be provided and no refund will be issued. Briefing & Safety Check The basic handling briefing/training lasts 20–30 minutes and is included in the rental time. If the driver cannot safely operate the boat after the explanation, they will not be allowed to take the boat. In that case, a €50 training fee applies for the session and our time. Alternatively, subject to availability, a larger boat with a skipper may be offered (price difference applies). Late Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes before your departure time to complete the paperwork. If you arrive late and miss the scheduled briefing, you must wait for the next available session. If you arrive late, your rental time will not be extended; the return time remains as originally booked. Boat Condition The boat must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or loss will result in additional charges. Driving Rules The driver must be over 18 years old. No alcohol consumption is permitted before or during the rental. One person must always keep their phone with them and remain reachable at the provided number. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the rental, take back the boat, and no refund will be given. Dangerous driving or failure to comply with port rules, company rules, or Hellenic Coast Guard regulations may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. You must respect your assigned route and all instructions provided. Rental Terms Capacity: 5–6 people, depending on the boat. The rental time must be strictly respected; late return will result in extra charges. Extras Pregnancy: You must inform us of which month of pregnancy you are in for safety reasons, so we can confirm whether the trip is safe for you. Children: You must inform us in advance of your children’s ages so we can confirm whether the trip is safe and suitable. Weather Conditions: In case of last-minute bad weather, we will try to reschedule your booking for the next available day(s). If rescheduling is not possible due to prohibited weather conditions, the booking will be canceled and you will receive a full refund if you are from our official website, or else if you book via click and boat they might keep some money from you - check the small letters before you pay. If you are unable to handle the boat in conditions where the sea is not officially prohibited, this will not be our responsibility. Cancellation & No-Show: In case of cancellation by the customer or failure to appear at the agreed time, no refund will be given. Customer Cancellation: If you cancel for any reason, no refund will be given.
