CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation by the client with the following notice:

- Up to 15 days before the event, will be refunded the entire amount paid.

- Between 14 days and 48 hours before the event day the return of the fee is 50%.

- Cancellation 48 hours before the event means not refund the fee paid.

Under any circumstances accept cancellations once the service is started.

In case of catering services, cancellations or reductions of number of contracted services will be 100% charged only in the case that cancellation is communicated in between 48 hours before the event. 

In case of third party services (musicians, golf, activities, venues, spaces in harbors etc.) will be applied the cancellation policy of the third party companies. In case of flags, banner, t-shirt etc., or products with a long process of manufacturing, there will be no refund.

WEATHER CANCELLATION:

48 hours before the start of the service we have a good and reliable weather forecast.

In case of bad weather forecast, the customer has the option to cancel the service or leave for another day.

In case of cancellation for this reason and in this time period, a refund of 100% will be done, with the exception of administrative expenses never higher than 5%. Under no circumstances accept cancellations once the service is started. Bad weather means: heavy rain, strong winds or sea conditions that endanger navigation or the guests or crew. The right of cancellation for weather matters is always on hands of the company.

Unofficially communicate the company's philosophy is that customers must be satisfied and have a good time. So if we are not going to fulfill these premises 48 hours to view, inform and advise the client of cancellation. Sometimes we have attempted cancellation or cloudy weather expected weak rain forecast a 30% probability. This, for example, would not lead to cancellation due to bad weather
