Any changes must be done 72h before the trip;
We may cancel/reschedule the trip due to events that are beyond our control ( bad weather, coast guard restriction, enforcement of new laws etc);
Full refund can only be applied if the coast guard don't approve the vessel to leave the harbour because of external conditions like bad weather, rough sea or any other conditions that can damage the vessel or bring the clients in danger;
Each passenger must bring their valid ID or passport as per Coast Guard policy
