A beautiful 12-meter sailing boat, large enough to accommodate 8 people during the day. The interior features a large lounge with a large sofa and dining table. In the lounge there is a very well-equipped open kitchen, with a gas hob, microwave oven and refrigerator. The boat has 3 double cabins and 2 bathrooms with electric toilets and shower, one of which is separate. FOR STAYS OF A WEEK OR MORE THE 2 AFT CABINS ARE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS, FOR WEEKENDS OR LONG WEEKENDS ALL 3 CABINS ARE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS.
Outside we find a very comfortable sundeck at the bow equipped with cushions. The cockpit features an opening table for outdoor dining, a large bimini to relax in the shade, large seats on the sides, in addition to the seats on the helm, all covered with cushions.
The boat is equipped with all the most up-to-date instruments, such as a latest-generation 12-inch chartplotter, bidirectional AIS class B, VHF with DSC, autopilot, an electric winch, solar panels, boiler, inverter and 220V.
Other important features such as a bow thruster, tender with its own dedicated engine, Sup always ready.
Last but most importantly, all the safety equipment is present and always updated, well beyond the standard required by law.
At the guests' disposal there is also a Stereo with Bluetooth, Smart TV, Barbecue.
