The APA can change according to client’s requests.
If the costs incurred during the course of the charter are less than the APA deposit, then the difference will be refunded to the Charterer.
If the costs incurred during the course of the charter are over and above the APA deposit then this difference will be payable by the Charterer.
The food and beverages are charged at the market price.
Fuel prices are subject to change and could be adjusted.
