Receivership and the move toward Tennessee
Financial trouble in the mid 2010s pushed the company into receivership, which wound down in 2017. Building continued through the decade: the 49 meter Chasseur and the 50 meter Silver Lining launched in 2016, and the 50 meter Jackpot followed in 2019 as the last yacht completed at the Vancouver plant, which was sold to Vigor Industrial that year.
