Captain Art Parker is a U.S. Coast Guard 25 GRT master licensed Captain and is American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certified. He cut his teeth boating and fishing along the Flordia gulf coast. He then spent 20 years as a Marine Corps officer and aviator instilling in him the values of integrity, commitment, and professionalism. It also brought him invaluable maritime experience boating in the coastal areas of Pensacola, FL, Topsail Island, NC, New Orleans, LA, and San Diego, CA. He and his family made Bluffton, SC (now Savannah, GA) their home since 2007 learning and loving the surrounding waterways of coastal South Carolina and Georgia ever since.
