APA (Advanced Provisional Allowance) is an estimated amount to cover any and all charter expenses, such as fuel, marina fees, provisions etc. In the event that by the end of the charter period the amount spent has not reached the amount paid, the difference will be returned to the client. Equally, in the event that the amount spent surpasses the estimated 40%, the difference is invoiced to the client before disembarkation.
