Occasional rental - compliant with Italian regulations

The rental of the Flying Cloud is carried out privately, occasionally, and non-professionally, in full compliance with current regulations on recreational boating.

In accordance with art. 49-bis of Legislative Decree July 18, 2005, no. 171, introduced by art. 59 of Decree Law January 24, 2012, no. 1 (converted into Law March 24, 2012, no. 27), owners of recreational craft can offer their boat for rent for a maximum of 42 days per year, without habitual exercise and without entrepreneurial purpose.

Compensation received is declared in accordance with art. 53 of the TUIR (different incomes), with prior communication to the Revenue Agency and the competent Port Authority.

Each rental is carried out with:

* written occasional rental contract in accordance with the models provided by regulations
* safety equipment compliant with the law
* all required communications made regularly

Everything is done in full compliance with Italian regulations, ensuring safety, legality, and tax transparency.
