Departure - Return High season departure from 3:00 pm, handover of the boat, inventory, return by 10:30 am at the latest, boat refueled, boat emptied of all your personal belongings. Our customers are asked to report any losses, breakages, or equipment malfunctions upon return. Pets are not allowed on board. At your expense: The berth at the port (outside of the port of Hyères), fuel costs are your responsibility. (An unfilled tank will be charged at 3 Euros per liter). Insurance - EUROPE ASSISTANCE Security deposit buyout Cancellation / weather / sea assistance Our boats are insured "all risks" with a deductible amount indicated on the contract. The security deposit is paid upon boarding the boat, it is not cashed during your cruise and will be refunded within 72 hours after the boat's return. This is used to cover the insurance deductible in the event of a non-voluntary claim. A security deposit buyout is possible.
