PICKUP LOCATION: Rickenbacker Marina

Boat is for up to 8 passengers or 1200lb (whichever comes first)

WHAT TO EXPECT ONBOARD:
Boat is without a Captain.

We will provide safety instructions on site before the rental starts, a map and boating tips for the area.

EQUIPMENT:

Stereo sound system with Bluetooth/FM radio, depth finder, cup holders, Bimini top, 25 quartz cooler, fully equipped with safety equipment & ready to go!

FLORIDA BOATING LAW!

Florida law requires anyone who was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to successfully complete a NASBLA approved boating safety course. The temporary boating safety course can be completed online. The link to the course will be sent with instructions after booking is completed.
If you were born before Jan. 1, 1988, you just need a valid ID.

RULES:
Boat is only for intracoastal use (Biscayne Bay). Up to end of Key Biscayne (Stiltsville) and as far as north Haulover Sand bar.

This vessel is strictly forbidden to go out on the ocean, must stay within the bay area!

PROHIBITED: fishing, pets, jeans, sharp objects, big coolers, towing.

OPERATION HOURS: Sunrise to Sunset
FUEL PRICE:
$35 per quarter of the tank upon return of the vessel. Boat comes with a full gas tank prior to departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500

WEATHER CANCELATION: In case of unsafe weather on the day of the rental we can cancel with refund or reschedule.
