Non-smoking habitable sailboat; Furling genoa, furling mainsail mast, cockpit hood, bimini, folding wheel helm, pressurized water reserve 150L with hot water, electric toilet, 2 burner stove with oven, sink, 12v fridge, CD radio, television, 220v electric heating.
