In 2002 the yard entered the Rodriquez Group and adopted the name Conam Costruzioni Navali Mediterranei S.p.A. The shipyard was closed in 2010. Conam built motor yachts and cruisers in the mid- to upper-size range, with models documented from about 14 to 24 meters.
