- In case of bad weather: rain for more than 40% of the day or winds exceeding force 6, the rental will be postponed to the next day that the client wants and the boat is available, paying the difference in rate if there is one.

- In case the client cannot attend later, exceptionally 50% of the rental will be returned, deducting SAMboat commissions and fees.

-Our staff will determine on the same day of the rental at the port with the clients already present if the conditions are not suitable, never days before.
