Green Ray is a special kind of vessel with an interesting story behind it, or rather a dream, finally accomplished by two sea enthusiasts in 2019. This luxury wooden sailing heaven evokes the return to hundreds of years in the history in guests. Inspired by authentic wooden Croatian boat called trabakul from 15th century when it was used as a Dalmatian-Venetian merchant vessel, Green Ray now represents one of the most special luxury sailing experiences in Croatia. Green Ray, meaning sea shimmer or sea glow, is ready to bring its clients closer to raw Croatian beauty and present you its true hospitality. With the welcoming crew of 4, all your dreams will come true in the spectacular ambient of Green Ray. Beneath the sails at the front deck, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and gazing at picturesque islands around you on the cozy sun beds which stretch across the deck. The end deck of Green Ray has a beautiful open space with big table for 12 guests where you will endlessly enjoy everything Croatian cuisine has to offer. From there you access the interior, simplistic salon with lots of natural light which combines another dining area with lounge. The lower deck is designated for 6 guests Oceans Evasionins for 12 guests in total. Each Oceans Evasionin comes with en suite bathroom and they are separated at the middle of the deck. Bow and stern area on lower deck are designated for crew quarters and galley 1. CHARTER FEE July & August: 29,000€ June & September: 25,000€ Other periods: 22,000€ Includes: Accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests in 6 Oceans Evasionins, a crew of 4 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, fuel for 4 h of engine work daily, generator work 24/7, fuel for tender transfers to/from the vessel, the use of recreational equipment, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi, VAT of 13%. 2. FOOD OPTIONS Half board: 490 EUR per pax/week, 70 EUR per pax/day Full board: 730 EUR per pax/week, 110 EUR per pax/day Extra meal charge: 50 € pax/meal. Discounts on food options for children: from 0-2 years of age free of charge, from 2-10 years of age -50% discount, from 10 - 12 years of age - 30% discount. 3. BEVERAGE OPTIONS A) All-inclusive beverages package - includes Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, juices – 280 € pax/week, 40 € pax/day. B) All-inclusive non-alcoholic beverages package – 140 € pax/week, 20 € pax/day. The beverage options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option. Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer's request. The Charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverage options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance. 4. EXTRA COSTS - Port, marina fees, and anchorages - National Park and Park of Nature entrances - Dubrovnik visit fee on Split – Split route: 1.200 € - Delivery Fee for embarkation/disembarkation in any other port except base port, if "empty leg" caused, e.g., one way from Split to/from Dubrovnik: 1.200 € - Extra navigation: 70 €/h (This cost is already included in the Delivery and Dubrovnik Visit Fee) - Fuel for tender-operated watersports - Any other costs not specifically mentioned as included (e.g. transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, guided tours, adverse activities such as scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting, etc.) OPTIONAL - APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 3,000 EUR A fixed APA of 3,000 € is suggested to cover additional costs not included in the charter fee, such as mentioned extra costs, shipping agents' fees, customs fees, and any special services or activities requested by the Charter Party during the charter. The APA simplifies the payment process for extra costs, ensuring the client doesn't need to worry about bringing or managing cash at the end of the week. Any unused portion of the APA will be refunded to the Charterer after the charter. If expenses exceed the fixed amount, any additional costs will be settled directly with the captain on board. The APA is optional, but if the client chooses not to pay it, they must ensure they have sufficient cash to cover all expenses at the end of the week. NOTE: Gratuities/tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of the base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion. Booking terms: The option is placed on an explicit e-mail request and is active until an agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while the option is active. The option expires after the agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit is paid. Payment conditions: Deposit: 50% of the charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking. Balance: 50% of charter fee + Other costs - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement. Mean of payment: wire transfer.
