My name is Capt. Frank. I run a for hire new 26 foot Regulator center console on the west coast of Puerto Rico. I am originally from the Outer banks of NC and have 28 years experience in the offshore charter business. I specialize in family outings to the many reefs, offshore ledges and beaches in search of Marlin and gamefish. In addition to fishing I also owned a commercial seafood business in NC and PR for the past 8 years. With the super deep waters and currents to the south about 5 miles its super easy to target pelagic fish.
