• About our yoga teacher

Our yoga teacher Siddhartha Shiv Khanna was born in a traditional Hindu family in New Delhi.

He was introduced to the meditation as a teenager along with family household practice of Bhakti Yoga (Yoga of surrendering oneself to God) and Karma Yoga (Yoga of selfless acts of goodness towards everyone and everything).

Siddhartha Shiv Khanna became a professional swimmer and also went on to pursue a degree in fashion retail and merchandise management.

The big change happened when he was invited to take a part in a reality show called Big Switch in India, he won the show but the biggest win was the changes it brought in Siddhartha.

He went on to handle his father’s business and also became the business head of a fashion label.

But one day Siddhartha Shiv Khanna left his father’s business and his job to start a journey across the holy places of India in search of the real meaning of this life.

After submerging himself in Gyan Yoga (Yoga of knowledge) he met Samara Kamui Bodhisatva.

He initiated him to meditation and taught many important techniques.

After, Siddhartha Khanna studied and practiced Hatha yoga under the guidance of an Indian Guru: Shri Yogi Anoop ji.

His life completely changed on physical and spiritual level. He became balanced, stable and closer to the self realization.

He became balanced, stable and closer to the self realization.

Then he felt that he could do the same for others. Now Siddhartha Shiv Khanna’s life mission is to heal others and help them find peace and reaching the ultimate state of bliss where the mind is always in perfect harmony and stillness.

“Yoga is a holistic spiritual journey first to the universe inside of you and then to the universe outside of you, a spiritual journey which connects the purush to the atma and the atma to the brahmaatma...

There are hundreds if not thousands of human benefits of yoga.

It provides you a new outlook at life, it gives you opportunity to live to the fullest and be your real self without getting bothered about what others feel or think of you, but the main aim of yoga is self realization leading to enlightenment leading to moksh, the liberation from the cycle of birth and re-birth”.

“Yoga teachers or those who follow the highest spiritual path dedicate themselves to serving people.

We are servants who are here to serve ”.

“My real guru are the Vedas, my real teacher is Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, my real refuge is Bhagwan Shiv ji under whose guidance and with whose name I begin everything do everything and complete everything”.
