Motor yacht SANDS 1 was built by Maiora of Italy in 2003, having received engine overhauls in 2011 and an extensive refit in completed in 2012.

Charter yacht SANDS 1 boasts a light and airy interior. The salon features a new parquet wood floor, crisp white soft furnishings and state of the art entertainment with Bose surround sound and 42’’ flat screen TV. Forward of the salon, in an open plan, is the stylish clear glass formal dining table. Large panoramic windows supply ample natural light, while Venetian blinds offer optimum privacy. Below decks are 4 generous cabins on the SANDS 1 motor yacht. The master suite is amidships and full beam of the yacht, a VIP cabin is forward and full beam of the yacht and 2 twin cabins are on port and starboard, one with an upper Pullman berth. All 4 cabins are en-suite and offer audio and visual entertainment in a harmonious neutral atmosphere. M/Y SANDS 1 has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The aft deck is adjacent to the salon and boasts an alfresco dining option and partial shade. Guests can walk easily around the yachts main deck, thanks to the 360° teak decks. Above the main deck, the flybridge is perfect for entertaining, offering a further alfresco dining option, sunpad, additional seating and a removable Bimini cover. For the water enthusiasts, SANDS 1 has an extended swim platform ensuring effortless access. Motor yacht SANDS 1 is powered by 2 MTU 1500HP engines capable of speeds of 23 - 28 knots.
