Oceanco has built a 109-meter superyacht

On November 17, the Dutch shipyard Oceanco launched a 357-foot superyacht Project Bravo outside Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

The most innovative yacht of the shipyard will be tested in the North Sea. After the Project Bravo will be fully equipmed in Alblasserdam, it will be delivered to the owner

The exterior of the vessel was developed by yacht designer Nuvolari Lenard together with marine architects Lateral Naval Architects. The project is a new wave of forward-thinking yachts, that is based on the new principle of LIFE-design from Oceanco: Lengthened, Innovative, Fuel-efficient, Eco-friendly. In marine architecture the Project Bravo will combine important details for everyday life to create a harmonious balance between weight, power, technical spheres and luxurious interior.

James Roy, Director of Lateral Naval Architects, described in detail what LIFE-design implies»:

"The LIFE design’s use of advanced hybrid propulsion incorporating significant battery capability, combined with a single tier engine room, allows novel use of space to deliver areas of outstanding luxury accommodation."

Dan Lenard, the representative of the company Nuvolari Lenard added:

"Our approach with Bravo was to maintain a stunningly sleek profile without sacrificing any interior space. This new exterior style concept is bound to create a new design stream."

The Project Bravo will be the third largest yacht built at the shipyard in the Netherlands, and in the ranking of mega-yachts is on the thirty-sixth place.
