Architects of the Omega Architects and the Van Oossanen Naval Architects have introduced the concept of NedXplor 38.
A 38-meter yacht with full displacement will be built according to the standards of MCA LY3 at the Dutch shipyard. Designer Frank Laupman stressed that the yacht harmoniously combines a modern exterior with clear lines, the massive body and elegant interior.
Almost vertical bow and corner windows of the wheelhouse allow you to travel under any conditions.
Marine architect Perry van Oossanen added: “Yachts in this size bracket can sometimes be overlooked, but this size means that it can be a true explorer yacht, anchoring close to the coast, entering small harbours and exploring, and easy to handle and manoeuvre — all the attributes an adventurous yacht needs.”
10 guests can be accommodated in 5 cabins at the yacht, including the master cabin. Cabins for a crew of 7 people are located in the bow of the ship. There is also aroom for storing tenders and water toys. The space for the garage can be transformed into a beach club and a gym. A key feature of the NedXplor 38 is the free space on the main deck, which can be used for a helipad or additional storage space for tenders.
The NedXplor 38 is equipped with two Caterpillar C32 engines with a capacity of 1000 hp. The maximum speed is 15 knots. A vessel can navigate at a speed of 11 knots at a range of 5,032 nautical miles.
