DutchCraft — an up and coming boat builder is releasing an 8-meter electric vessel in January.
The Dusseldorf Boat Show is only two months ahead and the audience is wondering what new projects will be a hit. DutchCraft is a young Danish company which is trying to follow the modern trends of environmental consciousness while making a versatile vessel that would fit any lifestyle. Their first fully electric boat dc25 is going to be presented during the show in January.
This is an 8,04-metre carbon fibre tender equipped with a state of the art electric drivetrain. You can finally experience nature without the disturbing engine noise. With a maximum speed of 32 knots, the range of this vessel is 32 nordic miles but it can be increased with an optional 134 kWh battery.
The modular deck is well-suited for transporting a group of 12 people or cargo to the yacht, the builder even claims that it will fit up to two jet skis or a land vehicle on board. The interior is easily interchangeable from a shuttle tender to a dive or a sport-fishing boat. It has an additional module designed to carry diving gear and Seabobs. Designed for a truly easy boating experience dc 25 is equipped with a hinged bow door for worry-free access straight onto the beach.
