The French shipyard CNB in France presented a new 23-metres sailing yacht CNB 76.
The company approached the construction of the vessel in a new way. The hull and four interior modules are constructed simultaneously but in different locations. This way the vessel is built one and a half times faster and cheaper.
CNB is a part of the Beneteau commercial group. Beneteau’s engineers and naval architects also participated in the creation of the CNB 76. The cockpit of the sailing yacht is separated into a lounge zone and an operating station which is equipped with two ship’s wheels and navigation equipment.
There is a spacious garage for a tender or additional equipment in the bow part. The yacht is designed around the idea of comfort for all the people onboard. The caboose is located above the engine room and cabins are close to the stern. As a result, vibrations of the engine and generator noise are less disturbing.
The crew quarters are totally separated from the passenger’s. Creators of CNB 76 claim you can sail on the CNB 76 for days or even months.
